If you interrupt the online payment process after selecting online payment, you will need to cancel the reservation once through “My Page” and then make a new reservation. If you are unable to cancel through My Page, please contact the studio.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please note that a cancellation fee will be charged starting 3 days before the workshop date.
Up to 4 days before ... No cancellation fee (full refund)
3 days prior to the day before ... 50% cancellation fee (50% refund)
On the day of the workshop... 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
If a refund is required due to cancellation after completing the online payment, the refund will be issued to the payment method used (credit card / PayPay).
The timing of the refund varies depending on the payment method or credit card company. For details, please contact your card company or payment provider.
If you will be late on the day of the workshop, please notify us via email or the inquiry form.
If we do not receive any notice by the start time of the workshop, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and your spot may be given to someone on the waiting list.
Cancellations made from 3 days prior up to the day of the workshop will can only be accepted via email or the inquiry form.
For cancellations made 3 days prior up to the day before, we will process a 50% refund after receiving your cancellation notice.
Please make sure to bring a valid photo ID on the day of the workshop.
Members must bring their membership card. If you forget your card, you may be charged the non-member rate.
You are responsible for managing your personal belongings and valuables. Please bring your valuables with you inside the studio. The studio is not responsible for any theft or loss.
Outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited inside the studio. Please bring indoor shoes.
The use of powder is prohibited.
In the event of damage to equipment or significant staining of the floor or walls, you may be required to compensate for the repair or replacement.
Please dispose of any trash generated during your use of the studio in the designated area.
If you engage in behavior that significantly disturbs instructors or other participants─or if such behavior is anticipated─we may refuse your participation in the lesson.
The studio is not responsible for any trouble or disputes between instructors and participants or between participants.
If you are feeling unwell on the day of the workshop, we may refuse your participation. The studio is not responsible for any illness or physical issues that arise during or after the lesson.
